The way that Commsec treat the elderly is pathetic. My parents have been trying to open an account for 6 months now. They have been asked to go in to the same commonwealth bank 4 times now for an ID check with the same bank manager at the same branch, and now they want them to go in again, even the CBA bank manager thinks its a joke. So frustrating to see elderly people pushed to the side with no service, Just incompetent.
