EDIT: IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY - YOU CLAIM TO BE IMPARTIAL?! Why suggest I commit to a contract with another provider?! This is not impartial! The reviews say it all! In my experience, these organizations rarely side with consumers like me. I feel wronged by the provider for poor service and high costs, yet the support team sided with them. I question what they gain from this because it certainly feels unfair! They even send a questionnaire before making a decision, hoping for a good review before disappointing you! I don’t trust them, and I suggest you don’t either. I’ll be searching for a better provider.
