I rented a car for three days, but the credit card worked only once. I suspect they do this to make customers pay for gas, with some forgetting to get receipts and missing refunds. I had to complain twice for my refund, which they said would take 7 to 10 business days, yet it took almost three weeks after I followed up on my receipt. I wouldn’t recommend this service. They lie, and customers end up paying for gas. The cars are often dirty and left with personal items from previous users. I now prefer public transport and rideshares, which are cheaper.
