I've been trying to reach the office for over a week with no success. I've tried all the options of the phone tree and waited up to 10 minutes for a response. I've sent three emails - no response there either. My credit card was damaged and stopped working. They sent me two emails to tell me my card didn't work but I have been unable to contact anyone to update my information with my new card number. They cut off my online account access because the payment from my credit card didn't go through so I can't reach them that way either.I sent a letter to cancel my membership and ask for a refund on my deposit. I wonder if they'll respond to that.
