My experience with the support team was disappointing. I requested assistance for simple employment rights questions three times but was ignored. My inquiries seemed to vanish without a response, forcing me to seek help elsewhere, which was resolved quickly. I also asked for the complaints procedure multiple times, but that was ignored too. They ended my membership without following their own procedures after I had been a paid member for over a year. Their focus seems to be on collecting payments rather than genuinely supporting members.
