I’ve ordered from the company several times, wanting to support their locally made, quality clothing. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service and return process has been disappointing. After requesting a replacement for a faulty jacket, I was initially informed that none were in stock for over a month. Then, they were uncertain about when a replacement would be available. Eventually, I was told they had found one and it would be sent to me. A month later, I still haven't received it, even after returning the original item. Now, I have no jacket, no replacement, and I've lost £120 on this purchase. I genuinely want to support the company, but this experience has been very unsatisfactory. The clothing quality is good when not defective, though.
