Disappointing Customer Support

While the product may be attractive, mine arrived with some minor damage. I reported it 5 days ago, providing photos and using the online system, but received no response. Such issues should be a priority for any business. If they handled this better, I would consider buying multiple items each year. It’s disappointing, as I could find other products to order, but the risk of dealing with their inadequate customer service and returns process isn't worth it. The owner should focus on ensuring the business runs smoothly rather than on public appearances. Currently, it seems to be lacking! They also appear indifferent, as they rarely respond to reviews, and when they do, it takes about two weeks. I gave 2 stars because the product itself is well-crafted and appealing. If it hadn’t arrived damaged, my experience would have been much better.

Frustrating Customer Service Experience

I’ve ordered from the company several times, wanting to support their locally made, quality clothing. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service and return process has been disappointing. After requesting a replacement for a faulty jacket, I was initially informed that none were in stock for over a month. Then, they were uncertain about when a replacement would be available. Eventually, I was told they had found one and it would be sent to me. A month later, I still haven't received it, even after returning the original item. Now, I have no jacket, no replacement, and I've lost £120 on this purchase. I genuinely want to support the company, but this experience has been very unsatisfactory. The clothing quality is good when not defective, though.

Lack of Customer Service

Extremely poor customer service (in fact, nonexistent)! While the product may be nice, mine arrived with minor damage, and I reported it 5 days ago with photos and through their online system. Loving the Carter Moleskin Chore Coat

I just received my new chore jacket and I absolutely love it! It's very well made from high-quality fabric. I had initially purchased another brand's version of a chore coat, but it was a poor imitation of this one, so I had to return it.

Decent Item, But Hesitant to Order Again

The item was fine, but the price was quite high and usually outside my budget. I purchased from this company because I admired their ethos. However, I found the customer service lacking, which makes me reluctant to buy again. I received no email confirmation of my order or dispatch, and when I inquired about the order, there was no response. I began to worry it was a scam website, which is an unpleasant feeling after spending a lot of money. There’s really no excuse for not providing order acknowledgments these days. They should address this issue promptly.

My experience has been typical of a company that uses a cheap and unreliable delivery service. To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact the company by phone, and my patience is wearing thin regarding the whereabouts of a gift ordered weeks ago. It’s disappointing treatment from what is expected to be an ethical company.
