Extremely poor customer service (in fact, nonexistent)! While the product may be nice, mine arrived with minor damage, and I reported it 5 days ago with photos and through their online system. However, just like others, I received zero response. Issues like this should be a business priority. If they handled it well, I would buy multiple items each year. It’s unfortunate, as I could find other products to order, but the risk of dealing with their clearly inadequate customer service and returns process isn't worth it. The owner should focus more on managing the business instead of public appearances. They seem indifferent, as they rarely respond to reviews, and when they do, it takes about two weeks. I gave 2 stars because the product itself is well-made and appealing; if it hadn't arrived damaged, my experience would have been much better.
