However, I found the customer service lacking, which makes me reluctant to buy again. I received no email confirmation of my order or dispatch, and when I inquired about the order, there was no response. I began to worry it was a scam website, which is an unpleasant feeling after spending a lot of money. There’s really no excuse for not providing order acknowledgments these days. They should address this issue promptly.
