While the product may be attractive, mine arrived with some minor damage. I reported it 5 days ago, providing photos and using the online system, but received no response. Such issues should be a priority for any business. If they handled this better, I would consider buying multiple items each year. It’s disappointing, as I could find other products to order, but the risk of dealing with their inadequate customer service and returns process isn't worth it. The owner should focus on ensuring the business runs smoothly rather than on public appearances. Currently, it seems to be lacking! They also appear indifferent, as they rarely respond to reviews, and when they do, it takes about two weeks. I gave 2 stars because the product itself is well-crafted and appealing. If it hadn’t arrived damaged, my experience would have been much better.
