They send you a lengthy 14 page legalistic agreement, and then tell you there's a money back guarantee if they can't save you any money, but then renege on that when they come back with no legitimate payment plan to fix your IRS debt. They'll go round and round about offering you value and benefits, but when asked for a documented payment plan that shows what they can do they give you nothing and say they'll "try" to negotiate with the IRS on your behalf. Then they tell me they can't save me a penny on my past debt and "maybe" help with future penalties and interest, all for a fee of somewhere between $4000-$7000, BUYER BEWARE!!
