Community Tax has prepared my taxes each year for the past 5 years. Also, I am enrolled in the Tax Assurance program for monitoring any tax problems which might occur through out the year and preparation of taxes for the end of the year.
My tax associate's name is Paula Munoz. She is very professional and knowledgeable of her job. She continues to keep me informed of any issues concerning the IRS, and address any questions.
They send you a lengthy 14 page legalistic agreement, and then tell you there's a money back guarantee if they can't save you any money, but then renege on that when they come back with no legitimate payment plan to fix your IRS debt. They'll go round and round about offering you value and benefits, but when asked for a documented payment plan that shows what they can do they give you nothing and say they'll "try" to negotiate with the IRS on your behalf. Then they tell me they can't save me a penny on my past debt and "maybe" help with future penalties and interest, all for a fee of somewhere between $4000-$7000, BUYER BEWARE!!
Mr. Khoa was great in giving me the information and details on getting things going. And Ashley Briceño was also great in keeping me informed with how everything was going and finalizing the completion. I really appreciate this team thank you for everything!

After my divorce , I was left financially stressed from the bills & debts accrued. I took a withdrawal from my 401K to pay a down payment for a house and my son's college tuition at the end of the year. The tax bill from the 401K withdrawal was $29k. I barely had a financial leg to stand before and now I was in deep sh!t. I've never been in a tax situation like this and was lil spooked to deal with the IRS. The accountant told me Hard Rock would give me a P&L sheet for CASH GAME POKER. When I insisted he was wrong, he hung up on me. I then called Hard Rock, and they said I was 100% correct. They never record cash game poker wins and losses, only W/L on machines. This Co. is ignorant, rude and unprofessional.
