The agent that originally was texting me, Andrea, was incredibly rude and gave me incorrect information and tried to deny me insurance. After a bit of arguing and some sassy texts from Andrea, she I guess went to lunch where I was transferred to Aja.After that the whole experience changed, Aja quickly helped me finalize my policy where Andrea wouldn't, and made it seem like such a walk-in-the-park.I don't think this is the right place for Andrea, but Aja was amazing.
