Horrible experience and I wish I could give -0 stars. The company are liars and have no customer service skills. Other than the poor customer service they made me wait 1.30 to bring back my car in outrages conditions. They give me a return voucher with a number that has nothing to do with them and an email that doesn’t work. The guy on the phone told me I can reimburse the tickets I paid to come in and out of stanstead by sending by email and then later said no that’s not true. Then told me my complaint is not serious and a manager will never call me.
