Stay away from them

I always book meet and greet parking when I travel, and it’s usually a smooth and convenient experience. However, this was my first time using this company through Compare Airport Parking, and unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing.Firstly, there was no clear information provided about additional charges. I was not informed in advance that I would have to pay £13 on arrival and £14 when collecting the car. This felt very misleading and should have been clearly stated at the time of booking.The biggest issue, however, was the collection of my vehicle. I landed at Stansted Airport at 1:00am, and by the time I collected my luggage and passed through customs, it was around 1:50am. As instructed, I called the company and was told the car would be in the Orange Car Park, Row A, within 30 minutes.After waiting 45 minutes with three young children (all under 10 years old), there was still no sign of the car. I called again and was told it would arrive in another 25 minutes. After that time passed, I called again and was told there was heavy traffic on the M11 and it would be another 35 minutes.In total, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes with no update or proper communication. When I called again, I was then told the car was still in their garage due to staff shortages and would arrive in 12 minutes. This continued until I had been waiting for nearly 3 hours.When the car finally arrived, I was then told to go to a completely different car park to collect it, despite being clearly instructed multiple times to wait in Orange Car Park, Row A. This completely defeats the purpose of a meet and greet service and does not match what was advertised or confirmed in the booking email.Overall, this was a very stressful and frustrating experience, especially travelling with young children late at night. The service was poorly managed, communication was inconsistent, and important information was not disclosed upfront.I am extremely disappointed and will not be using this company again. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking with them, as the service is misleading and far below expected standards.

The website said the charge was £10 but it was actually £12 each time, I mentioned it and the guy said he knew and the website needs updating. 2 weeks later I received a parking fine in the post with a time stamp of when I was boarding the return flight - in Rome. Tried calling the phone number and it doesn't connect so have sent an email. Fingers crossed I receive a swift response...

They did not bring the car to the airport for pickup. Had to get a taxi to the place it was parked. Had to pay for the orange car park which was not mentioned before booking for dropping off. The excuse was that their drivers were on strike on the day of collection which they seem to be using all the time. Avoid at all costs

New farm airport park for Stansted…

New farm airport park for Stansted provided poor service than anything we had before. Their price appeared to be cheaper but after they also charged £10 per person for airport transport, which is unheard of from any other parking providers, their price wasn’t that cheap. The worst is they kept you waiting on return collection for more than an hour. Their car park was poor condition and looks chaotic.

This wasn’t just a bad experience—it was completely unacceptable.I was told the maximum waiting time for my car would be 30 minutes. Instead, I was left waiting for over two hours in the cold, at night, with two children. There was no communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency from your side.Customer service was absolutely below any acceptable standard. The person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and showed complete ignorance of the situation. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue.Leaving a customer—especially a parent with children—waiting in such conditions is beyond irresponsible. This level of service is shocking and frankly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Already unhappy and I havent left UK yet.£8.50 EACH to enter the barrier that costs ..... £8.50 per vehicle. Rude and u professional staff. Couple dropped as we were collected had waited at airport for 90minutes. Not looking for ward to our return.Think web stats are fake too. So be careful. All 5 stars on actual site, 1 stars here ..... suspicious.Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter dont work ..... SUSPICIOUS!!!!!Better places for few quid more

Cheaper booking with hidden charges....We booked meet & greet using this comparison site, however, be warned you have to pay airport short stay parking charges both ways (on departure and on arrival) on top of the airport parking booking . So it's not cheap - Very disappointed!!!

Fly away company is a joke. I don’t know why it’s listed in your website. They need banning right away. I can’t be more dissatisfied. Being in Gatwick airport for 1 hour With all my family and waiting for them to come.
