Our company was called Fly Away Parking with meet adn greet service. I called the company upon landing (as requested) and they assured me that our car would be waiting for us. 40 minutes later we arrived at the designated pick up point and no car was waiting. I called again, and they said it would be another 20 minutes. I called again after 20 minutes and they said it would be another 20 minutes. I asked why the car was taking so long and they said I had only called 5 minutes ago. I said that I had called twice and had the call log to prove it and they sarcastically said "yeah, sure, we believe you". In total we waited for 1.5 hours - it would have been much quicker to get a bus to off site parking. Another family with a disabled child were waiting when we arrived and got into an argument as they had brought the wrong car to them. Really not a great experience.
