I would give a negative score if possible. Awful experience, AVOID. The renewal offer was 25% higher than last year for a vehicle with no claims. I attempted to contact them six times via their form—no response, no working chat, and no phone support. After two days of silence, I told them I wouldn't renew and requested confirmation of this. Still no reply. I noted I could get the same coverage elsewhere for half the price—no response. They clearly see customers as a nuisance and seem intent on overcharging. My card is now canceled, so they shouldn't be able to charge for a policy I won't renew. This situation is very concerning. There's no point in them replying unless they're ready to contact me directly with assurance they won't charge me. I'm not on social media and expect direct communication. Update: I've reported this company to the appropriate financial authorities. I attempted to reach out via the provided email, but received an automatic reply without addressing my request. I've contacted my bank to change my card details. What a mess. AVOID!
