I have never engaged this service and don't plan to. They call me daily, up to ten times, from different numbers. I block each one, yet they persist! This has been ongoing for months! I've requested them to stop before! It's a frustrating and wasteful experience!

My card is now canceled, so they shouldn't be able to charge for a policy I won't renew. This situation is very concerning. There's no point in them replying unless they're ready to contact me directly with assurance they won't charge me. I'm not on social media and expect direct communication. Update: I've reported this company to the appropriate financial authorities. I attempted to reach out via the provided email, but received an automatic reply without addressing my request. I've contacted my bank to change my card details. What a mess. AVOID!
Very poor company. I canceled the auto-renewal two weeks before the renewal date, both in writing and by phone, yet they still charged me. They assured me in writing of a refund and cancellation of the policy I'm still paying for! No refund has been issued, and I may have to take legal action. I refuse to be intimidated by this company. AVOID!
