I would strongly advise others to avoid using this airport parking company.
I left my car with them for 3 days, and when I returned, the front windscreen was completely smashed. The company refused to take responsibility and ignored my emails for weeks.
I had no choice but to repair the damage through my insurance, paying £150 out of my own pocket, as the car was unsafe to drive. Despite giving them multiple opportunities to resolve the issue, they failed to respond within the deadline.
I had to take legal action through Money Claim Online. Even after a court judgment was issued against them, they still delayed payment.
This has been a very stressful and time-consuming experience. I would not trust this company with my vehicle and would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable and professional parking service.
