One star is too generous for them. On Saturday, January 10th, I called to pick up my car after customs and was told it would take 50 minutes. In reality, it took over 60 minutes standing in the freezing cold. I could have gone home and back in that time. I thought the meet and greet service was supposed to be quick and easy, but it was anything but that. Anyone considering this service should think twice.

At no point during the booking process was it clear that an airport levy or transfer fee was excluded. The booking summary showed only the parking fee and service fee as £0, leading me to believe the price was final. After booking, I received an email stating the parking fee was £0, followed by a separate airport levy. This was not disclosed before purchase. When I challenged this, I was told the information had been shown at the beginning, which is simply untrue. After submitting a formal complaint, I received no response at all. This is a clear example of misleading pricing. Mandatory charges should be disclosed clearly before purchase, not added afterward. The lack of response shows how little this company values its customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this service as the advertised price is not what you end up paying.
