I experienced two cancellations and was promised a 70% refund for both. The first booking was cancelled due to misleading information on the website. While there were positive reviews, Google reviews revealed that the parking location was quite questionable. The second booking was cancelled because the Terms and Conditions indicated they weren't responsible for cracked windscreens, scratches, or electrical faults, which raised concerns since the primary purpose of paying for parking is vehicle safety. I then made a third booking at what was supposed to be a better location, but they had similarly outrageous terms. They even disabled my car's dash cameras, which I missed in the fine print. When I picked up the vehicle, I discovered a significant crack in the windscreen, and due to their Terms and Conditions, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, my initial payments from December 15th have yet to be refunded. I've been communicating with a representative, but the responses are generic and unhelpful, providing no real solutions. I strongly advise caution when using this platform; the service is poor, the internal ratings can be misleading, and the Terms and Conditions leave customers unprotected.
