I used this platform to book parking, and the company that confirmed my booking used my car without my consent during my stay. I received two separate charges for unauthorized use, and the customer service response was appalling. There was no clear answer, with two companies blaming each other, and no one willing to help. This has been incredibly disappointing. I do not recommend this service; you're better off paying a little more to leave your car with professional providers. Additionally, I waited almost an hour and a half for my car to be returned after being told they were two minutes away. The fact that they used my car while it should have been parked and then ignored my attempts to resolve it is ridiculous. I have reported this, and I urge others to avoid this company.
