I faced two cancellations and was promised a 70% refund for both. The first booking was cancelled due to misleading information. Despite good reviews, Google reviews indicated the parking location was questionable. The second booking was cancelled due to Terms and Conditions stating they weren't liable for damages, which was concerning. I then made a third booking at a supposedly better location, but they had similarly outrageous terms. They even disabled my car's dash cameras, which I overlooked in the fine print. Upon picking up the vehicle, I found a significant crack in the windscreen, and they denied responsibility. My initial payments from December 15th are still not refunded. I've been in contact with a representative, but the responses are generic and unhelpful. I advise caution when using this platform; the service is lacking, the internal ratings can be misleading, and the Terms and Conditions leave users unprotected.
