Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. There is no vetting of the providers for the meet and greet. I was waiting for my car to return for 11 hours at Heathrow, as Falcon Parking had "lost my car". I had to threaten police action for theft before it was returned. This comparison website has taken no responsibility, has not replied to my messages, and has not offered a refund.
