This company is a scam and should be investigated. After leaving the car with them, I received a fine of £160 as they had parked illegally in a residential area. They just ignore my emails when asking them to pay. The London Borough of Hounslow should investigate this company and we will be taking action given all these other review.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before using this company - their agent left my car in a bay for hours after drop off and I received and PCN. I now cannot get any response from them or their agent leaving me with no option but to pay the fine
Extremely unsatisfactory experience with the airport parking service. Upon our return, we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to retrieve our vehicle. During this wait, the driver was unresponsive to our calls, and even when I tried reaching out to the provided number, there was no reply. When he finally showed up, his demeanor was very rude and unprofessional. Additionally, it's troubling that when we dropped off our car, it was not parked for nearly 2 hours, indicating the driver may have been using it during that time, which is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of trust.
Avoid this service at all costs. I received two emails about two questionable parking facilities. Their phone line was busy all day, and I had to manage my own transport home from the airport with a young child. They charged me £30 when I retrieved my car from a different parking facility the next day, and I might incur more fines. They claimed to own the parking space, but it’s a public lot! It seems like a scam, and I’ve reported it to the authorities.
This company has misrepresented the reviews on their website, claiming that parking agencies have high ratings, which is false. They are engaging in dishonest practices to profit at others' expense. I plan to take legal action against them to prevent further harm.

I cannot recommend this booking service. After a serious complaint regarding damage to my car by a listed provider, I received no support or response from them. As the booking agent, they should take responsibility, but instead, they vanished when issues arose. Very unprofessional.
