I used this service for the first time at an airport and had a terrible experience. The provided postcode led me nowhere. We were directed to an additional car park, costing us over £10. On returning, I called the number on the confirmation multiple times without success. Only after contacting a comparison service did I receive a call back, stating they were 'too busy.' They misrepresented the minibus pickup, forcing us back to the same car park, resulting in another charge. We waited 52 minutes for our car. The staff were rude, communication was lacking, and the service was filled with misinformation. I ended up paying over £20 extra beyond the booking price. I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to steer clear.
