I landed on time at 5h25 this morning, I called as soon as I landed since I don't have luggage.
I was told it would be a 30 min wait.
After 30 min I called back asking for an ETA , the person was rude and dismissive not wanting to give me an ETA.
It is now 6h25 and I still have not heard from them.
I would give no stars if possible! After a long 12-hour flight back to Heathrow, I followed the instructions and called the number provided. The representative informed us that we would need to wait 45 minutes for our car due to heavy traffic. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after such a long journey home, but he assured us it would be no longer than 45 minutes. I ended up calling at least 10 times, and our car finally arrived after an hour and a half! I strongly advise against using this service!

DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM! Although it's a comparison site, they should thoroughly vet the third parties they partner with to take responsibility for customers' vehicles. The service I received was appalling; I would expect better treatment in a developing country!
