The drop-off involved a 20-minute wait, which was acceptable, but the return took 90 minutes, with poor communication and a rude driver who blamed me for booking with a bad company! The car had only traveled 12 miles, but it clearly had been driven hard, although there were no signs of lasting damage. The reasonable prices may draw you in, but the service is lacking. Airports should intervene in this industry, which is plagued by poor service and rising costs.
