I booked parking through this site and my advice is to stay away — the service was extremely poor. I had to wait nearly an hour for the driver during both drop-off and return. Communication was terrible, and the phone attendant was rude. Initially, I was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but it extended to a full hour. Their explanation was that I was 'early,' which was simply untrue. When I finally got to my car, I found the driver had parked it improperly and left the key on the wheel. Absolutely shocking! It seems the site only posts positive feedback, as my comments went unanswered. I will never use this service again.
