I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with a park and ride service booked through a comparison platform. The postcode led to nowhere, and I was directed to another car park, incurring an extra fee and a lengthy wait. Others were waiting for over 2.5 hours to retrieve their vehicles. When I sought reimbursement, I was told to contact the comparison platform, which then closed my support ticket without resolution! This is a classic case of poor communication and being bounced around. I plan to escalate this with my credit card company and will avoid both services in the future.
