Similar to a recent review, my reservation was with a specific service provider. My booking confirmed an arrival time of 16:30, but when I called 30 minutes prior, they insisted I had booked for 17:30 and couldn’t accommodate me as per my printed confirmation. They finally arrived at 17:15. On my return, they again failed to meet me as arranged, forcing me to wait in the terminal until they called. Researching them revealed no filed accounts and minimal capital, and they are even listed as a cleaning service! I understand that the booking platform is just an agent, but they should have vetted these providers better. I advise avoiding this platform to prevent being taken advantage of.
