Very useful platform for comparing airport parking options. I was able to check different providers side by side and choose the one that suited my budget and timing. The booking process was straightforward and didn’t take more than a few minutes.
I booked parking and paid in full,for booking late February. I then had to cancel,so within 24 hrs cancelled booking,company confirmed cancelled but charged £15 for cancelling.constant emails and calls 2 weeks later I have still not received a single penny in refund.tottaly ignored anything.so do not use this cowboy company as so unprofessional and ignore you.
We arrived much earlier than the suggested time when departing from the UK, and the collection driver was with us in just 10 minutes. For our return, we waited about 15 minutes for our car to be brought back to level 4, which is impressive compared to the last off-site service that took over an hour! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will certainly use this service again.

The drop-off went smoothly, but there was a slight communication issue as the driver struggled with English. The parking area seemed a bit sketchy, with cars parked haphazardly, including on the grass. However, the collection was quite a hassle; we waited 40 minutes for pickup, citing traffic, but it was 7 am on Christmas Day and there was none, as verified by Google Maps. The driver again had limited English skills.
My main concern was the unexpected charges. I had to pay two short-stay fees of £7.50 each when my vehicle was picked up and dropped off from the short-stay parking. The company needs to be more transparent about this, as it added an extra 30% to my total fee for just three days of parking.
This service is quite misleading. The website displays prices for a different provider than the one they actually book with, and you only find out post-booking. It gives the impression it’s associated with a reputable service, but in reality, it’s a different company with poor reviews. They even charged a £15 admin fee when I canceled just 10 minutes after booking due to their errors.
Similar to a recent review, my reservation was with a specific service provider. My booking confirmed an arrival time of 16:30, but when I called 30 minutes prior, they insisted I had booked for 17:30 and couldn’t accommodate me as per my printed confirmation. They finally arrived at 17:15. On my return, they again failed to meet me as arranged, forcing me to wait in the terminal until they called. Researching them revealed no filed accounts and minimal capital, and they are even listed as a cleaning service! I understand that the booking platform is just an agent, but they should have vetted these providers better. I advise avoiding this platform to prevent being taken advantage of.
This was not a true meet-and-greet service; it felt more like park-and-wait. The driver wasn't there to greet us and I had to park on the third floor in a disabled spot, waiting for 30 minutes. Upon return, I found muddy footprints in my car, and my entertainment system had been tampered with to accommodate their preferred radio stations. As noted in other reviews, I recommend avoiding this service.
