This was not a true meet-and-greet service; it felt more like park-and-wait. The driver wasn't there to greet us and I had to park on the third floor in a disabled spot, waiting for 30 minutes. Upon return, I found muddy footprints in my car, and my entertainment system had been tampered with to accommodate their preferred radio stations. As noted in other reviews, I recommend avoiding this service.
