I strongly advise against using this service. They failed to confirm my booking with the provider on the day we flew, leaving us to arrange our own taxi to the airport. When I tried to file a complaint, their customer service was unresponsive, blaming the provider instead of taking responsibility. They don’t follow their own complaints procedure and lack decent customer service. I will never use this service again and would not recommend it.
