I regret not checking reviews before placing a corporate order for 150 boxes. The customer service was shockingly poor. We interacted with a representative who was extremely rude and condescending. Although we were late sending our recipient list, the company was aware of our order and had already developed custom designs and maintained communication. Despite this, the representative refused to assist us in finding a solution and left us stranded. With service like this, they should reconsider their involvement in custom corporate orders. Thankfully, we found another premium chocolate provider who acted swiftly to help us.
