Regretting my decision to place a large order

I regret not checking reviews before placing a corporate order for 150 boxes. The customer service was incredibly poor. We interacted with a representative who was surprisingly rude and condescending. While we did send our recipient list late, the company was aware of the order. They had already created custom designs, received our proof approvals, and maintained constant communication. Despite this, the representative refused to assist us in finding a solution and left us stranded. With this level of service, the company should reconsider its involvement in custom corporate chocolates. Thankfully, we quickly found another premium chocolate provider who stepped in and resolved our issues.

Look for better options for corporate orders

They don't respect lower prices

They do not honor lower prices. I bought a few items and within a week, those same items were 33% cheaper on their website. I contacted customer support to ask them to honor the lower price, but they outright refused. I will take my future business elsewhere, as most vendors typically accommodate price matches for recent purchases.

Gift sent to wrong address with no help

I ordered a gift and filled out the order form with the recipient's address. I received an email stating I would get tracking once it shipped, only to find out it was sent to my address instead. When I contacted the company, they informed me that using a certain payment method automatically pulled the cardholder's address. They suggested I contact the shipping service to change the address, but I found out it would cost me a significant fee. This is poor business practice, so be cautious if you're planning to send gifts through this company.

Easter order still missing

My Easter order has not arrived. I emailed to inquire about the delay, but received no response days later. When I called, I was told it would arrive in the requested timeframe, but I was unaware that they would delay the order for so long. After requesting a refund and cancellation, I was denied. Although past recipients loved the chocolates, I cannot continue to do business with such an unresponsive company.

They took my money without consent

I was charged $92.90 for an order I did not place. After multiple emails and calls, I have yet to receive a refund. If I don't hear back soon, I may need to escalate this further. At this point, I view them as greedy and unethical.

Next-day order mishandled with no support

I ordered next-day delivery, confirmed it would arrive on time, but the chocolates never came. I contacted the company multiple times to check on my order, only to find out it hadn't even shipped. After five days of no response and my chocolates being delivered late to the wrong address, I am extremely frustrated. If they couldn’t fulfill the order, they shouldn't have accepted it in the first place.

Valentine's order was disappointing

I ordered a Valentine's gift set, and while they promised to replace out-of-stock items, nearly everything I wanted was swapped for white chocolate, which I dislike. The customer service was rude, and I recommend looking for another provider for your chocolate needs. The taste was mediocre and not worth the price.
