My Easter order has not arrived. I emailed to inquire about the delay, but received no response days later. When I called, I was told it would arrive in the requested timeframe, but I was unaware that they would delay the order for so long. After requesting a refund and cancellation, I was denied. Although past recipients loved the chocolates, I cannot continue to do business with such an unresponsive company.
