Regretting my decision to place a large order

I regret not checking reviews before placing a corporate order for 150 boxes. The customer service was incredibly poor. We interacted with a representative who was surprisingly rude and condescending. While we did send our recipient list late, the company was aware of the order. They had already created custom designs, received our proof approvals, and maintained constant communication. Despite this, the representative refused to assist us in finding a solution and left us stranded. With this level of service, the company should reconsider its involvement in custom corporate chocolates. Thankfully, we quickly found another premium chocolate provider who stepped in and resolved our issues.
