This company is a scam.Never use Compensair if you actually want to receive your compensation.On 26 September 2025, I received an email from Compensair confirming that Air France had approved the compensation and requesting my bank details. I provided my bank information the same day.Since then, I have received neither the money nor any meaningful updates on the status of my case. Compensair never contacts me proactively and shows no interest in maintaining proper communication with their client.On 14 October, I emailed them asking why there was still no compensation (which the airline had already agreed to pay) and no information about the progress of the case. I received the same generic, scripted reply that they have sent in response to all my emails:“Our legal team is looking for ways to legally oblige the airline to pay your compensation.”However, when I asked them to provide an official letter from the airline refusing to pay the compensation after it had already been approved, they refused to do so.On 10 November, 12 November, 1 December, and 30 December 2025, I contacted them again. Each time, I received the same meaningless template response, which did not address my questions at all:“Our legal team is looking for ways to legally oblige the airline to pay your compensation.”Other passengers from this same flight have already received their compensation, yet this “very serious company,” as Compensair presents itself, still has not paid me my money.
