My complaint was against Ajet Airlines. Both the insurance company I used and Ajet were avoiding paying me the compensation I needed. But thankfully, I contacted Compansair Ltd. They quickly recovered my compensation. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere thanks to everyone involved at this company.
The services are satisfactory. Communication was very professional. Turnaround times are reasonable. However, your fees are too high. You charged 35.5% in fees on €600 in compensation. I find this excessive.
We were traveling to Canada when the strike occurred, leading to cancellations. We contacted the service in early September and have since received compensation for 2 out of 4 tickets. The airline claimed they sent us correspondence (which did not happen) and funds (which arrived, but 1.5 months later than promised). While I feel the service provided limited updates beyond standard responses, we received the funds, indicating they are a reliable option.
