They are excellent in getting the payment from the airline for delayed / cancelled flights. In my case they followed up airline and got payment in one month only. However I regret to write that their financial department is very poor. I did not know when the compensation received by them will be transferred to me. They only replied that they have sent the bank details etc to finance department. After continuous follow ups and special request from the corresponding person with whom I was dealing to their finance department, I received the compensation. As such I would like to give 5 star for the services but due to unexpected delays in transferring the compensation, the star rating is reduced to 4 star.
