I figured it was an outside chance of receiving shoes in time for a weekend I had been planning and it was made possible by your team. Her efforts were very much appreciated and she really did make me feel that my order was important. Goes a long way because not only do I know I could possibly get help in a pinch, but I found out that if I have questions in the future on a more reasonable timeline, I know there is someone KNOWLEDGEABLE there to help quickly.Alot of times I hesitate to reach out because I don't want to engage in a process where it's more trouble than it's worth, however, your personal approach is really nice and some would say necessary in this industry. I understand that it cost resources to do this but I assure that it's important and it will keep me and hopefully others coming back, actually.I would have never reached out unless one of my friends told me to give CS a call. He's like yeah, you can just call them and discuss your problem. I almost didn't believe him because not many companies man a phone number anymore, especially Backcountry, I thought. I was pleasantly surprised though. I really think it pays to continue to invest in customer service and treating your people well so that they can treat customers well. Keep it up.
