They communicated every step, explained delays clearly, and went above and beyond by offering additional repairs at their own cost — none of which the original reviewer acknowledges.Labour and work were completed on schedule, and updates were provided professionally. The portrayal in that review of poor communication, incorrect diagnosis, and lack of transparency is simply false. The original review ignores that the customer returned their device prematurely and failed to respond to multiple follow-ups from CompFixAid.In short, the review is dishonest, incomplete, and should not be treated as a genuine reflection of the service. Anyone considering CompFixAid should judge them on full facts, not this unfair and misleading account.
