My old MacBook has stopped charging. I chose these guys because of the reviews but I was afraid of one thing: that the repair may turn out really expensive, I mean more expensive than the laptop itself (it is pretty old)That's why I contacted them in advance and they confirmed to me that diagnostics are free and that I won't be charged without my agreement. It was more than enough for me so I start with them.They come for my laptop very fast (less than two hours), then I received an email that diagnostics is prolonged, and in 2-3 days I got a message that the job was done and an invoice.The price was good for me but I was very confused they did everything and billed me without my agreement so I tried to find out if I can reject the repair (to know can I trust them in the future) and it seems like yes. Besides that, they offed me a 5% discount which was kind. So I agreed with the repair and received (again quickly) my laptop.And it was the end of the first part of two.The next day I noticed that something is knocking in the back cover when I shaking my laptop. A few days later I wrote them again and asked if they ready to fix it for free. And they were, they came and fix it.Total: I had to spend much more time than I would like to but my laptop is working again and everything I could blame them was fixed for free.
