Despite the repairs taking over a month to do due to the current COVID 19 crisis, CompFixAid have been an excellent service every step of the way. I received constant updates through emails from them and they answered any and queries all of my queries in a fast and professional manner. My laptop needed repairs right in the middle COVID 19 crisis where full lockdown measure were in place. This meant that it was hard to find any repair computer shops open but CompFixAid were open and were willing to help and they still had their pick up and collect service available to me as well. The only reason my repair took over a month to complete was because their suppliers for the replacement parts were under staffed and were having difficulties sourcing the required parts which was no fault of CompFixAid. All in all i highly recommended them and if i ever have any computing issues again they'll be the first place i contact.
