On Wednesday 8th of March 2023 I ordered a triple cheeseburger only to find out they had put a double cheeseburger inside the wrapping of a triple cheeseburger. Three weeks ago I ordered one wrap of the day one triple cheeseburger to find they'd put two mini apple pies in my bag. Their helpbot on the app yesterday said a still had a complaint in progress despite their customer service telling me I'd receive a £5.00 discount voucher via email teo weeks ago which i would receive within 10 working days. Apparently not as my first complaint was still showing as being still in progress
