Placed a order with Faisly for bath bombs for children.
On their site the description says safe for children and non toxic
I received the box and there were warnings. Not for children. If you get in your eyes, rinse if doesn't clear it up then go as quick as possible to nearest hospital. That is NOT child friendly so I didn't even take the plastic off the box. I had to send pictures. I sent NUMEROUS pictures and they keep saying the plastic has been removed and it's been opened. How many freaking pictures do I have to send. You can clearly see the plastic has never been removed so they won't return it. They're freaking liars.
Maybe get someone who isn't half blind to see the pictures.
I also placed a small order of cloths. The order shipping status hasn't moved in close to a month. I asked them why.
Then get an email saying I canceled it and I didn't!! What the hells wrong with these people. The worst service in my entire life with any company and im 66.
I went on line and ordered a part from Mopar parts canada, a door weather strip the part was 51 dollars , i put my vin in the system like they ask to verify the part and vehicle you will not get a refund back if the part is wrong without a vin verification, i do that , it comes back and says vehicle confirmation on the vin ,part, and price of 51 dollars for my truck , i was thinking about it and I got an email a couple days later saying if I order the part i will get 10% off shipping, I'm ok all sounds good I ordered the part , two days later I ask for a tracking number i don't see any movement, they write back my parts on hold because it the wrong part, that the part for my truck is 220 dollars that's right folks over 4 times the amount of the price that was confirmed after they took my money, they asked for my card number and cvv , remember my vehicle, part number and price were all confirmed, I was not happy and the parts guy Ryan was extremely rude and sarcastic implying I'm to stupid to understand what he was explaining as to why , I asked to speak to management numerous times and nothing, i said this is the actual definition of the bait and switch scam , after you take my money quadruple the price after it was confirmed or I don't get my part , he said it is not bait and switch at all it was the wrong part , my response was but the vehicle, part number and price were confirmed, this is 100% bait and switch scam and the police need to look into this under the name of Mopar parts canada

I purchased a Tineco 3 Ifloor ultra in 2024 and it worked well until recently when the suction function stopped working and the machine stopped running after 3 minutes. When I contacted the Tineco company they seemed more concerned that the machine was under warranty, I told them it wasn't and I was looking for information about the issue or where a service facility in Canada would be.They were of no help whatsoever, the only service centers are in the USA and they did not offer any recommendations for repair, what might be wrong or if you can get parts.Sad that all.these apiances that don't last will end up in the garbage.Support what you sell.
Fraud was committed on my bank card from Ukrainian Credit Union I went to my branch told them about fraud They gave me a new card but still let two frauds go through my accounts emptying my funds when I went in to branch to sign fraud statements the manager at the branch acted like I was lying and trying to scam them I was very upset and told her she was acting like I was lying Will not be dealing with this Ukrainian Credit Union very much anymore I am expecting a settlement soon but will not be dealing with this bank was treated horribly for something that was not my fault
Ordered from Rathwood in November, to be delivered late January. Despite several calls and mails, nothing has arrived. In March I cancelled and requested a refund which was promised on March 23rd and again on April 3rd. However, nothing since. Now I will have to go to litigation.
Jackpot city Casino is extremely slow. It took money over 65 minutes ago from my bank account and it has not yet shown up in their casino. Where is it? There’s no kind of actual customer service, so I’m feeling ripped off. No money credited and no idea where my money is or went but they took it. I have proof of that.
I purchased the BuTure V50 vacuum on Amazon (Order #32863). From early on, the vacuum has repeatedly cut out during normal use and does not function properly.I have emailed BuTure several times and attached proof of purchase and documentation of the issue, but I have received no response.I am extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer support. At this point, I am requesting a refund or replacement. Buyers should be aware of the risk if customer service is needed.
Three weeks ago I rang The Helpdesk computer call out repairs Maroochydore from their ad on the internet. Their ad stated $85 per hour, no call out fee. After chasing them for two weeks a techinician finally called at our home. Worked on our apple computer for just under one and and a half hours Handed us a bill for $275, I said what happened to the $85 per hour, told me it was an old ad on the internet.
