Shein cloth's great Delivery time great customer service minus 10 there not trained sit there do not read the emails then send out repetitive emails asking you to do something that's been done parcel has been stolen of the doorstep because of incompetent Evri not following instruction and Shein refuse to refund me and tell me the customer to chase Evri for my money HELLO Shein is Evri customer NOT me.Mark senior representative at Shein ??? yeah right says under the circumstances can Shein help ie what circumstances please elaborate Shein used Evri they left the parcel on the doorstep parcel has been stolen i have paid for the item i am out of pocket no item SO what circumstances alleviate Shein from refunding me its their choice of delivery company not mine
