krisztina aletor cash plus accountmy account was closed by cash plus bank and reason was not given and after which i asked for my statement to be sent to me but never got it, i was told someone was going to get back to me and its been two weeks now and anytime i called they kept pushing me away that someone was going to get back and given different reason i think its right in my own terms to ask for my statement as i was charged for every transaction carried out with the bank and also an explanation as why my account was closed now am not interested in banking with cash plus any more but i still request my statement to be sent out to me.the customer service is zero and communication level is very bad they keep you in silence and you don't have a clue what next to do.
