i was looking to purchase a dining room set,that was not too expensive. i looked at joss and main, and found one that was on sale with free shipping. i ordered it. imagine my surprise when they delivered a hideous chest,not the dining set. i immediately called them and after trying to ascertain what they were going to do to either pick up the mistaken item and send the correct item,i was put on hold and the customer service rep,hung up on me. i called right back and was informed that they were going to send the correct item asap. meanwhile i received an email from joss and main ,telling me to dispose of or donate the chest they had sent in error. imagine my surprise when 3 days later i received 2 separate emails instructing me that they would be sending someone to pick up the chest. i emailed them in return ,that as per their first email i no longer had this huge chest that was taking up a lot of space in my home. i will never order from this incompetent company again.
